Mark Underdown is building a name for himself as a versatile writer, producer and mixer.

His is a multi-faceted musical world of electronic wonderment, sonic wizardry and skilfully crafted songs and melodies with a pop edge. Having worked with talent from both sides of The Pond, Mark Underdown’s sound has a commercial stamp fragmented by the dirty undercurrent from the UK indie electro scene.

Mark’s music has been championed by UK’s Huw Stephens, Rob da Bank “Loving it!”, Steve Lamacq, Zane Lowe and NME in the guises of writer/co-producer/vocalist for Medallist (Gut Records). Producer/Remixer for Fitness Club Fiasco (Something in Construction). Co-Producer for Orla Gartland. Producer/Mixer for Katie Sky (lab records) and as co-writer and vocalist on several collaborations from Loadstar (Ram), Topher Jones (Ultra Music), Tritonal (Enhanced Music) and most recently the hotly tipped King Arthur (HEXAGON/Spinnin’ Records)

Mark’s ability to construct melodies and hooks, coupled with a knack for imaginative sound design showcases a highly creative skill set which has impressed peers and artists alike. Mark’s reputation for his meticulous attention to detail in all things creative has ensured he has gained the respect of his peers as well as the artists he works with.

With projects in the pipeline on both sides of the Atlantic, Mark Underdown has an exciting time ahead….Stick around and have a listen to an extremely versatile producer and get in touch for more info.
